For the Seaside project, LedCo Lighting undertook a comprehensive overhaul of the old, hazardous lighting and electrical systems across the entire square. Our team meticulously removed antiquated fixtures and wiring, then trenched and installed a modern electrical infrastructure with new, safe wiring. A notable innovation was the installation of the first waterproof sub-terranean outlet boxes, designed to allow for secure plug-in access for holiday lights and other equipment while preventing unauthorized use by passersby and tourists. Additionally, we enhanced the ambiance and safety of the area by installing 134 low-voltage lights to beautifully illuminate the palms throughout the property, paired with 134 of the newly installed underground electrical boxes, seamlessly blending functionality with aesthetic appeal.
